Chris Pretto
VP, Leasing, West
Chris Pretto is vice president, Leasing at Link Parks, where he oversees all leasing strategy and execution across Link Parks’ assets in the West Region, including Southern California, Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
He leads market-facing teams responsible for revenue growth, occupancy performance and portfolio optimization for a variety of multi-tenant industrial, flex and business parks spaces. His work includes directing leasing operations, managing broker relationships, and supporting Link Logistics’ Investment, Development and Finance teams with market intelligence and strategic guidance.
Prior to joining Link through its merger with PS Business Parks in 2022, Chris spent more than 15 years in senior leasing, asset management and development leadership roles. He has held development roles with Empire Commercial Real Estate, directing ground‑up retail, office and senior housing projects. Chris began his career in leasing and asset management at RREEF/Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment arm, where he managed leasing and marketing activities for a 2 million square foot portfolio of multi‑tenant business parks and industrial assets.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from Boston University and has completed advanced coursework in the Light Construction and Development Management Program at the University of California, Irvine. He resides in Orange County with his wife and two sons, and enjoys hiking, soccer, skiing, surfing and traveling.
