Stephen Koen
VP, Property Operations
Stephen is vice president of Property Operations at Link Parks, serving as a strategic advisor to Asset Management and responsible for improving operational performance, as well as developing and implementing value-additive strategies for the portfolio.
He oversees financial performance and partners with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to develop and manage portfolio analytics. Collaborating with key stakeholders in the organization, he helps drive alignment across regions.
A real estate executive with more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership responsibilities across multiple investment disciplines, prior to joining Link, he was vice president of asset management at Red Mountain Group and senior vice president of property management at DJM.
Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Davis. He obtained his CPM through IREM and holds a California real estate broker’s license. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, playing guitar, reading and traveling.
