PS Business Parks Becomes Link Parks

PS Business Parks Becomes Link Parks

Following Link Logistics’ integration of PS Business Parks in July 2022, the firm has added more than 12 million square feet of the group’s assets to a new business park division called Link Parks.

“Link Logistics is pleased to provide customers of all sizes with the right spaces to serve their business needs,” said Link Parks managing director Joseph W. Finnigan. “Our newly formed Link Parks team is focused on providing outstanding partnership as we support small business America.”

Link Parks industrial space portfolio

The new Link Parks division supports former PS Business Parks customers along with Link Logistics’ new and legacy business park customers and entrepreneurs seeking industrial space for rent.

The integration of PS Business Parks assets:

  • Includes more than 12 million square feet of space
  • Expands Link Logistics’ presence in six top-tier U.S. markets including Dallas, Northern California, Seattle, South Florida, Southern California and Washington Metro
  • Adds approximately 3,500 customers

“PS Business Parks’ assets tie directly to Link Logistics’ strategy of owning best-in-class infill real estate in high-barrier-to-entry markets,” said Sonya A. Huffman, Link Logistics’ chief administrative officer. “This transaction allows us to expand our presence in top-tier markets while supporting our customers’ lifecycles, offering them the space they need as their businesses mature.”
